Please note: The Filius & Pomona FlashFic Challenge is now a relay-race-type challenge. Whoever responds to the challenge first gets to pick up the challenge and run with it -- in other words, post the response and then post a new challenge. After that, anyone, of course, may still write a story in response to an old challenge, but only by picking up the new challenge can they "pass the baton" by posting the next challenge.
Also, please post your story to the appropriate area of the board (Fluff, Drama, Angst, Romance, etc.), and post a link to the story in the challenge subboard.
If after a certain amount of time (yet to be determined!), a challenge has not been picked up, a new challenge will be issued, but the old one will remain open, so the next responder has two challenges to choose from. (That's the plan now. :-) ) We'd like to keep things fresh and moving along!
The main rules & guidelines will be edited to reflect the changes.
