okay - i am amazed... i never thought i'd have to give two hints!
the people who made this song are a duo and they have been immensely popular, singing a song about parsley sage rosemary and thyme, as well as about two elderly buddies, a lady who was not trying to seduce Benjamin and one of them has blonde curls. The other is obsessed with South African music.
the song is about an infant in a car (this is quite literally)
seriously guys, i am sure you'll know now!

Ooooh! I got it I got it I got it!!!!! *extreme excitement 'cause I'm normally so BAD at this*
I read your second hint on the "last ten posts" thing, and I though, hmmmm, I know that duo, and I'm pretty sure about the song, but I must be wrong! But then I read the originaly post and did a little happy dance. Then was immediately depressed because I'd have to think of a song for people to guess.
Simon & Garfunkle: "Baby Driver" (I'm old, so I know them LOL!)
"Go to school, fight a war, workin' steady "Meet a girl, fall in love before I'm ready"

OMG! I got another one!
Elton John: "Rocket Man"
Can't you just hear him singing "I know it's going to be a long long time"?
I have to admit that that's one of the songs I sing along to in the car. I also love belting out "Saturday Night's Alright" and "Levon" -- don't know if that's the name or not.
Well, I need to think of a song, but it will have to wait until tomorrow morning . . .

I usually don't even know a song after someone's got the answer, so I'm amazed I got two in a row. (I admit I wasn't sure if it was "Driving Baby" or "Baby Driver" and had to check that, but "Rocket Man," that was satisfying! LOL! I'm so proud of me! Hee!)
Okay, here's the clue:

Okay, here's a little hint:
I can't think of a single cheerful, happy song the singer has out. The title of the song could be taken to refer to the content of those lines.

Another hint:
The song title is the album title and it references a body part.

Tracy Chapman, Matters of the heart She has got some major blues (I think she did one song with Buddy Guy... it sounded really really powerful). I hate commercial radio, but I'll come up with something...

This, my dear, is a Bob Dylan song.
Make you feel my love.
And i have a feeling that you have found it so lovely, because it was so wonderfully performed by Adele. Ah - good things do come from the UK.... i need to get that album!

One would think i'd put up new lyrics to go with the previous post... pffffff... perhaps it is the happy anticipation of hot chocolate with whipped cream?

I feel a hint is needed:
the singer thinks that every junkie's like the setting sun.
the song is all about eco-nomics.
